Before we start, a reminder on who has whom:
We kick off following Tucker’s eviction as the memory board
shows our main character (2 points each to Marissa and me for “Speak in
opening vignette”), (1 point for “Shown on camera in gray” to me!). Chelsie is ecstatic that Tucker is gone,
dedicating his departure to Cedric and Brooklyn as if she were a late-night DJ.
(1 point for “Mention ‘in this game’” to Carol!), (1 point each for “Shown
on camera in gray” to Jen and Roberta!).
Tears flow freely following the feted, fallen Tucker, as Kimo and Makensy wipe away their eyes (1 point each for “Shown on camera crying” to Jay and Dalphyne!). Godzilla comforts the upset Kimo, saying he and Tucker will certainly be close friends outside the house. She is devastated when he says “I voted to keep him”, meaning he voted against Godzilla! (1 point for “Shown on camera crying” to me!). Meanwhile, Rubina doesn’t know why she’s so sad. Huh? (1 point for “Shown on camera crying” to Marissa!). Cam can’t control his emotions either, feeling emptiness now that Tucker is gone (1 point for “Shown on camera crying” to Carol!). 5 points if you read this line. Message me directly. Tell no one else. Offer good until the next update is posted. T’Kor knew Tucker sitting on the block was a risk but “it was a risk she was willing to take”. How stunning and brave to risk someone else’s game.
On to business, as Chenbot would say.
It’s the “Carry eggs through the wire” comp
and the first three to drop eggs are have-nots.
While SlayZeeAh didn’t come to ride people’s coattails and Rubina really
needs to win (1 point for “Mention ‘in this game’” to Ricky!), (1 point for
“Say “I need to win << comp name >> to Marissa!), Godzilla has
an interesting tactic. She’s not
starting until have-nots have been determined.
As a friend at work once said to me…that’s…an approach. Openly throwing HOH comps is not a great
resume builder but it does keep her from being a Have-Not.
Quinn, Cam, Makensy, SlayZeeAh, Kimo and Chelsie are all
tied, but T’kor is rooting for Kimo, Rubina, Chelsie or Quinn (1 point for
“Mention ‘in this game’” to Marissa!). In
the end, Quinn takes down the HOH. (5 points for “Win HOH” to Jen!). For reasons known only to herself and God,
Godzilla thinks she’s off Quinn’s radar.
I wasn’t aware they allowed houseguests mind-altering drugs but
apparently they do.
Quinn’s excited to share his nominations with Chelsie
meaning she’s safe this week. He wants to reward people who prioritized him
over Tucker and chooses….T’Kor? Why not
SlayZeeAh who voted to evict Tucker? (1 point for “Mention ‘in this game’”
to Jen!).
Joseph does some damage control but seems safe, Rubina knows
Quinn doesn’t trust her (1 point for “Mention ‘in this game’” to Marissa!) but
wants to work with him. I’m old enough
to remember last week when she wanted to work with strong women. T’Kor would
nominate Joseph, SlayZeeAh and Makensy and balks when Quinn brings up
Kimo. That’s her #2, guy! Presuming he knew how she’d react; he
probably said it to see what she’s like when she lies.
Kimo claims to have always protected Quinn, but Quinn
remembers being left out of the Cedric vote because Kimo prioritized his
relationship with Tucker over Quinn.
Meanwhile, T’Kor manages Rubina who thinks she’s safe with Quinn, saying
if he nominates Rubina that destroys their relationship.
At the nomination ceremony, T’Kor’s worst fears are realized
as Rubina and Kimo, her two strongest allies, are nominated along with Godzilla
(3 points each for “Nominated for eviction” to Marissa, Jay and me!).
Godzilla can’t seem to understand why she was nominated
while T’Kor’s lost all trust for Quinn, which is the best thing for her
game. Trusting him to do anything
besides blab your plans to the house is a mistake.
Now that Tucker’s out of the house, what does this mean for
our scores?
There is no movement in the standings. Marissa retains sole
possession of 2nd place thanks to Rubina and T’Kor but Jen is only a
point behind thanks to Quinn’s HOH win.
Jay picked up a few thanks to Kimo’s nomination while Dalphyne, Roberta,
Carol and Ricky wonder if their players will ever actually DO anything!
- Scott 206
- Marissa 102
- Jen 101
- Jay 83
- Dalphyne 80
- Roberta 72
- Carol 61
- Ricky 51
