Before we get started, a reminder of who has whom:
Second, 5 bonus points each to Carol and Marissa for sending me the word “Munchkin”.
As we pick up, SlayZeeAh comforts Godzilla, saying she’s not
creepy (2 points each for “Speak in opening vignette” to Ricky and me!). HOH
Makensy knows Chelsie wants SlayZeeAh out but thinks Godzilla is the bigger
target, and Kimo isn’t happy being next to her on the block. For her part, Godzilla is tired of being a pawn. I don’t get how – she hasn’t ever truly been
a pawn. Every time she’s been up, she’s
been saved by divine (or infernal) intervention. (1 point for “Shown on
camera crying” [Godzilla] to me!)
Kimo hates feeling expendable, but he’s not to Rubina now
that T’Kor is gone (1 point for “Shown on camera in gray” [T’Kor] to
Marissa!). Makensy wants Godzilla
gone to move SlayZeeAh back closer to her, but the Gen Z’er would still use the
veto on Godzilla if she wins it.
At the veto picking ceremony, only Rubina is left out of the
game. (1 point each for “Picked for veto via random draw” [SlayZeeAh], [Chelsie]
to Ricky and Carol!), (2 points for “Picked for veto via houseguest choice” [The
Warrior] to Carol!). Taking no
chances, Godzilla decides to hit the weight room.
The Warrior thinks it’s time he started building a resume,
and I can’t help but laugh (1 point for “Say ‘I need to win veto’” [The
Warrior] to Carol!), and while Makensy thinks SlayZeeAh is safe if she
wins, Chelsie has other ideas. Finally,
Kimo also needs to win this veto because he wants to see the movie attached to
it (1 point for “Say ‘I need to win veto’” [Kimo] to Jay!)
It’s a “finish the game in the fastest time” comp and while Kimo,
The Warrior, and Chelsie quickly devolve into guess mode, SlayZeeAh does well, as
does Makensy. Godzilla had most of the
right answers but changed them to the wrong ones in panic (1 point for “Say ‘I
need to win veto’” [Godzilla] to me!). In the end, HOH Makensy dominates the
field taking home the veto and securing all of the power this week (4 points
for “Win Veto” [Makensy] to Dalphyne!)
HOH/Veto winner Makensy chooses Kimo, Cam and Rubina to
watch the movie as they haven’t won anything, which of course pisses off
Chelise because what doesn’t piss off Chelsie?
It looks like a quality Dreamworks production, which takes The Warrior
to tears (1 point for “Shown on camera crying” [The Warrior] to Carol!)
Following her veto loss, SlayZeeAh tries to mend fences with
Rubina saying it was a mistake to target T’Kor and she should’ve gone after
Chelsie. A still pissed off Rubina nods and smiles but sees nothing but burned
bridges. She tells Makensy and Chelsie
what the Gen Z’er said and that’s all the opening Chelsie needs. She
knows SlayZeeAh is coming after her now that she’s evicted her two closest
allies (1 point each for “Shown on camera in gray” [Quinn], [Joseph] to Jen
and Roberta!).
Chelsie uses this conversation as a wedge to make Makensy
forget about “Nominating her loses her as a juror vote” and “She proved herself
by not nominating me last week”. She doesn’t
have your back, Chelsie says. And this proves it. What happens if she wins next
week? Are you safe? (1 point each for “Mention ‘in this game’” [Chelsie],
[Makensy] to Carol and Dalphyne!)
And I’m shouting at the TV.
Godzilla tries to convince Makensy to save her again (1
point for “Mention ‘in this game’” [Godzilla] to me!) but Makensy tells us “If
I do use it, it won’t be on you. A
commendable effort, though”. Ha!
Meanwhile outside, SlayZeeAh naps above where Chelsie,
Rubina and Kimo play pool…and discuss getting her out. She can’t hear everything, but she hears enough,
freaks out and runs to Makensy. Makensy
isn’t sure where she stands with SlayZeeAh after the T’Kor eviction which is
bizarre reasoning since Makensy was in on that plan. We aren’t hearing Makensy here. What we have
is Chelsie working Makensy’s mouth like a puppet. 5 points if you send me the word marionette.
Tell no one else. Offer good until the next update is posted.
At the veto ceremony, Makensy all-but-abdicates her HOH to
Chelsie and uses the veto to remove Kimo and nominating SlayZeeAh (5 points
for “Someone used veto on you” [Kimo] to Jay!), (3 points for “Use veto on
someone else” [Makensy] to Dalphyne!), and (3 points for “Nominated for eviction”
[SlayZeeAh] to Ricky!). For some
reason, this move takes Makensy to tears. It brought out my emotions, but for
me that’s overboiled rage. (1 point for “Shown on camera crying” [Makensy]
to Dalphyne!)
Makensy proves she’s Chelsie’s mouthpiece by telling us “You
say you’re loyal to me but you’re coming after my closest ally Chelsie”. SHE
WAS LOYAL…TO YOU! It’s been a great
season so far, but this is just flat-out dumb.
SlayZeeAh is a mess at the news (1 point for “Shown on camera crying” [SlayZeeAh] to Ricky!) but she knows she’s not really hearing Makensy.
It doesn’t help that she’s up against her only ally (1
point for “Mention ‘in this game’”[SlayZeeAh] to Ricky!). Rubina is so
happy about getting Justice for T’Kor that I feel like she needs a banner.
Finally, Chelsie sees that this move isn’t good for Makensy but it is good for
her. Wow. Quinn had less power when he was the DeepFake
HOH than Chelsie does now.
I hope she follows SlayZeeAh right out the door.
So, what does this mean for our scores? 2nd place Marissa only gained two
on me this time, thanks to Godzilla’s mouthiness. 4th place Carol
has narrowed the gap with 3rd place Jen, trailing her by only 9. Jay
remains in 5th but Dalphyne moves into 6th, passing 7th
place Roberta thanks to Makensy’s Veto win.
Will the Gen Z’er get enough eviction points to get Ricky out of the cellar? We’ll find out tonight as the first part of DOUBLE
EVICTION NIGHT, BABY!
