Second, 5 points to Marissa for finding the secret points in the last update!
We kick off with Godzilla consoling Kimo until he reminds her that he voted to evict her (2 points each for “Speak in opening vignette” to Jay and me!).
Rubina and Kimo were associated with Tucker (1 point for “Shown on camera in gray” to me!), so Quinn had no choice but to nominate them. Upset and confused, Kimo can’t understand how Quinn could nominate him. Godzilla realizes she’s on the block of her own device, she knows she is better than a name caller but is she really? (1 point for “Shown on camera crying” to me!)
Quinn can’t see anyone else but Joseph to nominate, and he
wants to go far with the Mustachioed Layabout (1 point for “Mention ‘in this
game’” to Jen!) so he needs nominations to stay the same. Chelsie wants to
see T’Kor on the block – the same T’Kor who nominated her own ally over Chelsie
to avenge Cedric’s eviction (1 point for “Shown on camera in gray” to Roberta!)
Joseph now has a thing for SlayZeeAh. That’s 3/8 of the men in the house if you’re counting.
She’s got him squarely in the Friendzone, which I suspect is crowded in her real life. Here he can pine longingly along with Quinn and Cam.
Godzilla tries to make up with Quinn. She’d have a better
chance rebuilding Tokyo – that relationship is toast. Meanwhile, Joseph and
Chelsie discuss all the ways the game can be won and how he’d have been comfortable
sitting next to Tucker on finale night, knowing he’d win
Joseph is under the mistaken impression that he’s playing a
similar game to Chelsie, who’s won an HOH, won AI Arena, who banded a group
together to evict Tucker. 5 points if
you read this line. Message me directly.
Tell no one else. Offer good until the next update is posted. His version of a
perfect game is to win nothing, and still win the game similar to Dr. Will (5
points for “Reference previous season’s houseguest” to Roberta!)
Godzilla bonds with SlayZeeAh, as both aren’t included in
anything, and this makes me fear for the younger’s game. No one
has gotten close to Godzilla without being burned. At the veto choice ceremony, Godzilla gets to pick someone and chooses….Joseph who has actively thrown every
comp he’s been in (2 points for “Picked for veto via houseguest choice” to
Roberta!). Luckily for Godzilla, her
newfound ally is chosen (1 point for “Picked for veto via random draw” to Ricky!) and is her only glimmer of hope (1 point for “Mention ‘in this
game’” to me!).
Quinn won’t nominate anyone who flipped on Tucker, or T’Kor
who couldn’t vote. That leaves Joseph as his only renomination option – the same
Joseph he wants to work with.
At the veto, it’s the “work in the dark” comp where they
have to build the bot Ainsley displays without being able to see the pieces. Joseph’s doing nothing, again, which Chelsie
sees as a perfect comparable to his overall game. Rubina gets to 9 out of 11,
Quinn gets to 10 but it’s SlayZeeAh who takes home the victory! 5 points if you
read this line. Message me directly. Tell no one else. Offer good until the
next update is posted. (4 points for “Win
Veto” to Ricky!). She’s so happy she’s
proven she’s a competitor that it drives her to tears! (1 point for “Mention
“in this game”’ to Ricky!), (1 point for “Shown on camera crying” to Ricky!). Quinn has to convince her not to use the
veto.
Post-Veto, Quinn and SlayZeeAh’s happy dance ends quickly
when it’s clear they are of opposite minds on what should happen with the
veto. She hasn’t had much power in the
game and is inclined to use it on Godzilla, and if people don’t like it…too
bad. Welcome to Big Brother, SlayZeeAh!
Having lost the veto, Godzilla courts Joseph for his vote
but he’s got nothing good to say.
Everyone’s worried she’d blow up their game, and he’s shocked she’s
still here, all of which is true. She
feels he’s being demeaning because she doesn’t see herself as the villain she
is.
Another Quinn and SlayZeeAh conversation about the veto
leaves the HOH wanting as she believes Godzilla is a jury vote for her. Quinn tries to sell her saying it’ll reveal
how close you are with her. It’s a good
speech but he’s not capable of selling her so he resorts to begging.
At the veto ceremony, SlayZeeAh is flushed like she got way too much sun or wine or both. She decides to use the veto on Godzilla! (5 points for “Someone uses the veto on you” to me!), (3 points for “Use veto on someone else” to Ricky!) and Quinn will not even make eye contact with her. She is protected from up on high by the prince of darkness! (5 bonus points if you get this movie reference! Message me directly!)
This is the 7th straight time the veto was used (8 if you
include Makensy’s America’s Veto). He keeps his word and nominates Joseph (3
points for “Nominated for Eviction” to Roberta!) to avoid putting anyone
who voted Tucker up.
She doesn’t care if Quinn doesn’t like it, but it drives him
to tears (1 point for “Shown on camera crying” to Jen!) and enrages
Joseph who will target Quinn if he gets power (1 point for “Mention ‘in this
game’” to Roberta!). If I were Quinn, I wouldn’t worry too much about
Joseph’s threats.
