Big Brother 26: Update #23

Before we get started, a reminder of who has whom:

Second, 5 bonus points to Brian for sending me the word “Cringeworthy”. 10 points to Carol for sending me both “Cringeworthy” and “Nails on a chalkboard”!

Chelsie kicks us off with the JANKIE song (2 points for “Speak in opening vignette” to Viviana!). Following his removal from the block, Kimo is emotional (1 point for “Shown on camera crying” to Tessa!) and Godzilla hopes saving him builds back some trust. T’Kor wants all three of her trio to be here but both her and Rubina know it’s not happening.  SlayZeeAh hates being the reason anyone cries, which brings her to tears (1 point for “Shown on camera crying” to Carol!). While Chelsie wants T’Kor to stay, Makensy and The Warrior think she’s a threat though Cam isn’t sold on evicting her just yet.  He’s the swing vote.

When Rubina tells Makensy she doesn’t want to be unanimously evicted, Makensy admits to working to keep her, the realization that Kimo’s vote may determine her future (1 point for “Mention ‘in this game’” to Evan!) brings the little one to tears (1 point for “Shown on camera crying” to Evan!). He doesn’t buy her pitch though and is leaning toward keeping T’Kor (1 point for “Mention ‘in this game’” to Tessa!) so Rubina moves on to The Warrior.  Hey everybody! Look! Rubina’s finally playing the game!

They’re still living in JANKIE’s world though, and JANKIE doesn’t take breaks for drama.  Emotions or no, they’re singing, dancing, making pizza and ice cream, conga lines, limbo, twerking…It’s torture

JANKIE, played by Joe Manganiello

Chelsie’s feelings stir up more drama when The Warrior moves his cot next to Makensy’s.  She likes him, and has for a while, but he’s either oblivious or friendzoning her and she can’t take it anymore.  For his part, he wonders if she’s still the one person who’s solid with him (1 point for “Mention ‘in this game’” to Tessa!). He’s looking for reasons to be near Makensy and she’s done with it. She’s 10 minutes from boiling his rabbit.

Chelsie finds Cam at the Jury House
5 bonus points if you get the movie reference!

The Warrior worries that Chelsie is too close with T’Kor, while she’s supposed to be working with him against T’Kor. Having just watched Season 12, I find myself asking “What would The Brigade do?”.  They’d vote out the competition to get the ally back into the fold. 5 bonus points if you send me the phrase dat’s it. Tell no one else. Offer good until the next update is posted.

Following a live JANKIE theme sing-along, T’Kor’s speech is good but she doesn’t actually asks them to save her. Rubina asks to stay, and is both classy and emotional.  At the vote, The Warrior falls in with Makensy and Chelsie to vote out T’Kor, while Kimo throws her a sympathy vote. (4 points for “Received vote” to Joe [T’Kor]!), (1 point for “Received vote against” to Evan [Rubina]!), (-2 points for “Evicted” against Joe [T’Kor]!), and (2 points for “Jury member” to Joe [T’Kor]!) which sends Makensy and Chelsie into tears (1 point each for “Shown on camera crying to Teresa and Viviana!) while T’Kor holds it together until she sees her goodbye messages (1 point for “Shown on camera crying” to Joe!)

So what does this mean for our scores?  Thanks to some tears and bonus points, Carol jumps up into a 2nd place tie with Demi but leader Brian’s holding strong with nearly double their points!  Evan slips to 4th, remaining just ahead of 5th place Tessa and 6th place Teresa, while T’Kor’s eviction means Joe’s game comes to an end, and waits for tied Viviana to pass him.

  1. Brian     255
  2. Carol    132
  3. Demi    132
  4. Evan     129
  5. Tessa    124
  6. Teresa   122
  7. Joe        105
  8. Viviana 105
