Following the eviction ceremony, Rubina thinks the night
couldn’t have gone better, In the post-eviction flashback, we see Makensy and
Chelsie cry with Kimo about how his speech impacted them while SlayZeeAh
laments Joseph’s eviction (1 point each for “Shown on camera crying” to
Dalphyne, Carol, Jay and Ricky!), (1 point for “Shown on camera in gray” to Roberta!)
As Quinn can’t believe his plans got blown up again (1
point for “Shown on camera crying” to Jen!) we are reminded how his botch
led to Cedric’s eviction (1 point for “Shown on camera in gray” to Roberta!).
Godzilla tells Kimo she wanted to
keep him around but voted to evict him to be on the right side of the vote,
which he absolutely does not believe. (1 point for “Mention ‘in this game’”
to me!)
Later, Chelsie does damage control after flipping her vote
against Cam’s wishes (1 point for “Mention ‘in this game’” to Carol!) but
Cam doesn’t understand why she flipped and is ready for war. 5 points if you
text me the word war. Message me directly.
Tell no one else. Offer good until the next update is posted. Presumably that would
include wearing a shirt and doing something, so I’ll categorize that as “unlikely”.
As he is going to war, henceforth Cam’s nickname shall be “The
Warrior” (he typed, tongue planted firmly in cheek.)
At the HOH comp, the houseguests recall details from videos
they watched overnight, and Kimo thinks it’s his time to shine (1 point for “Mention
‘I need to win HOH’” to Jay!). 7
Questions, most right wins. Ties broken
by guessing number of seconds the Egg Drop comp took. After 4 questions, only Rubina has one wrong. Godzilla misses Q’s 5, 6 and 7 while SlayZeeAh
and T’Kor miss #7. After 7 questions, The
Warrior, Kimo, Chelsie and Makensy remain. The Warrior knows it’s his time
to shine (1 point for “Mention ‘I need to win HOH’” to Carol!) but since
it’s a math question, it winds up being Chelsie’s time to shine and she takes
home her 2nd HOH of the season (5 points for “Win HOH” to Carol!)
Following the competition she strategizes about the future. What
she truly wants is for Cam to want her, but he’d rather flirt with Makensy and
SlayZeeAh. She could focus on getting revenge but instead looks to protect
herself and I respect that level of thinking.
Too afraid to approach the HOH, Godzilla enlists The Warrior
to do it for her while Chelsie listens at the door. God, I love this season. Anyway, Chelsie tells us Godzilla needs to
come to her, but she mopes around outside instead. Finally, Chelsie invites her to the HOH room to
do the Liar’s Dance. Godzilla makes her case - she’s easy pickings, you know.
Chelsie is happy to give her the opportunity to play for veto so Godzilla can “use
that to her advantage” the way Taylor did (1 point for “Shown on camera
crying” to me!), (5 points for “Mention a previous season’s houseguest (Taylor)”
to Carol!). Sweet Jesus, these two
are spinning their BS so badly! There was less spin last week at the U.S. Open!
In other news, a passing bird uses T’Kor as a port-a-pottie and
she cleaned herself off in the kitchen sink!
FOR GODS SAKE THE BATHROOM IS RIGHT THERE!
Not finished getting crapped on, Chelsie also uses T’Kor as
a port-a-pottie, suggesting T’Kor’s #1 ally Kimo as a pawn. T’kor is fine with it, if they have the
votes. She’s much more on Chelsie’s side
than Chelsie is on T’Kors. Kimo agrees
to it, like an idiot (3 points for “Agree to go up as a pawn” to Jay!). Not
finished using her power, Chelsie pumps SlayZeeAh for information but….like…SlayZeeAh…is….like…not….like….saying…like…anything….like…useful.
For the 2nd time this season, SlayZeeAh’s
reluctance to name a target has her in the HOH’s crosshairs, and Chelsie sees
that Cam would choose both her and Makensy over Chelsie if it came down to
it. Unrequited love is the most painful,
alas!
In the end, Kimo and Godzilla are nominated, which leads
Godzilla to channel Taylor and bust out some chips! (3 points each for “Nominated
for eviction” to Jay and me!), (5 points for “Mention a previous season’s
houseguest (Taylor) to me!). If I were SlayZeeah, I wouldn’t get too
comfortable.
So, what does this mean for our scores? I kept pace with 2nd place Marissa
in this update, maintaining a huge lead thanks to Godzilla’s nomination and the Taylor
comp. Jay makes a move toward 3rd
place Jen thanks to Kimo’s nomination while Roberta and Dalphyne stay static in
5th and 6th while Carol explodes out of the cellar,
passing now-8th place Ricky thanks to secret/bonus points and Chelsie's HOH win!
- Scott 232
- Marissa 134
- Jen 107
- Jay 96
- Roberta 91
- Dalphyne 82
- Carol 75
- Ricky 65
