Before we get started, a reminder of who has whom:
Second, 5 bonus points each to Carol and Teresa for
sending me the phrase “Follow the rules or else!”. They exist to protect you!
We pick up following Kimo and Rubina’s nomination with
Rubina falling out of the hammock (2 points for “Speak in opening vignette”
[Rubina] to Evan!). HOH Makensy is proud of her nominations but they’re the
wrong ones. Rule
#3: Play to Win clearly states “mid to late game opportunities to dismiss
a stronger player shall not be passed up even if allied with that player”.
Makensy and Chelise talk about possibly backdooring The
Warrior, as Makensy rightly thinks he hasn’t done anything for them (1 point
for “Mention ‘in this game’” [Makensy] to Teresa!) but Chelsie sees that as
Makensy appeasing Rubina and…
Chelsie takes that information back to The Warrior but he waves
her off, saying she’s overthinking things and doubts Rubina can get Makensy to
turn against them. She’s so passionate
and active, and he’s so laid back. They’re destined to be together, aggravating
the crap out of each other, forever.
They all get to play in the Veto, and it’s BB Comics week! Makensy is still targeting Rubina, but
Chelsie feels all the pressure to make sure nominations don’t change (1
point for “Mention ‘I need to win Veto’” [Chelsie] to Viviana!). The Warrior is SO SLOW that he almost has
to be throwing it, and Rubina gets so many wrong that it’s like she’s trying to
mess it up.
At the reveal, the top 3 are….Chelsie….Makensy…and….Kimo? He couldn’t even beat Kimo???
But she can take solace in the fact that she won Veto and
holds all the power this week! (4
points for “Win Veto” [Makensy] to Teresa!). When they talk about their methods, The
Warrior says his time was so bad because he got tired and took breaks.
Chelsie and Makensy think he has to be throwing all these
comps and they’re not happy about it. Having power is great, but it also means
a lot of blood on your hands. (1
point for “Mention ‘BB comics is iconic’” [Chelsie] to Viviana!) He doesn’t
have any of that blood. What they leave
out is that he also has no argument for why should win over anyone left. He claims football is easy, these comps are hard,
but Makensy doesn’t truly believe him.
He is a Division 1 football player after all!
At the veto meeting, Makensy has the chance to make a huge
move and get Chelsie out but for the first time this season the veto is not
used. Kimo and Rubina stay on the block.
What a mistake. She had the chance to nominate her. She had the chance
to backdoor her and she didn’t. She broke the rules and it’s probably going to
cost her the game.
They showed Jury but no points were scored there, so….moving
on!
They get words of encouragement from home which sends
Makensy, Kimo and Chelsie to tears (1 point each for “Shown on camera crying”
[Makensy], [Kimo], [Chelsie] to Teresa, Tessa and Viviana!)
Rubina makes her “all girls” pitch to Chelsie and Makensy.
Chelsie is fine with a woman winner, as long as it’s her. They tell Rubina what
she wants to hear but when Chelsie tells The Warrior about it, he immediately sees
it as Makensy playing both sides. A
misconception she’s more than willing to let him believe.
Kimo finally makes some headway with The Warrior to see the
girls as unit. He tries moving Chelsie to believe Makensy is the biggest threat
and she mouths the words but that’s all it is.
At the speeches, Kimo asks them to let him him playing (1
point for “Mention ‘in this game’” [Kimo] to Tessa!) but his pleas fall on deaf ears. He’s evicted 2-0, becoming Juror #5 (2
points for “Received vote against” [Kimo] to Tessa!), (-2 points for “Evicted”
[Kimo] against Tessa!) and (2 points for “Jury Member” [Kimo] to Tessa!).
In his interview, he thinks the target wound up on the trio
because they were too visibly close with each other. That’s not why you’re sitting there, Kimo.
You’re sitting there because you can’t win a competition.
So, what does this mean for our scores? Brian moonwalks into the endgame with an insurmountable lead. 2nd place Carol is done, but 3rd place Tessa is only 17 points behind. She has Cam left, but can he actually win anything? 4th place Teresa is only 9 points behind Tessa and with Makensy, I think she has a good chance to pass her daughter. 5th place Evan has Rubina left, but she has the same problem Cam does. 7th place Viviana still has a chance to make it to 5th, and maybe even 4th if Chelsie can win which would send 6th place Demi down to 7th.
- Brian 285
- Carol 181
- Tessa 164
- Teresa 155
- Evan 142
- Demi 136
- Viviana 121
- Joe 111
